Wattam.lk (PVT) LTD (hereinafter referred as “the Company”) is a duly incorporated Company under the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.

The company has been launched to cater to local customers and selected countries, with the objective of providing competitive discounts for products marketed through our online website, https://wattam.lk/. Our Company is the only online shopping website currently aimed at providing discounts in Sri Lanka. The said products are categorized such as Home & Lifestyle, Luxury Beddings, TV & Home Appliances, Men’s fashion, Health & Beauty, Electronic Accessories, Electronic Devices, Advertising, Automobile & Parts, Real estate and Puja Bandha etc.

Supply of Products

Primarily, the Company purchase its advertised products through number of registered retailers island wide and as well as small scale handicraft entrepreneurs in the rural areas. It needs to emphasize the fact that when a supplier is registered with the Company, the Company verifies its credentials such as their Business registration, quality of products, ability to supply products, providing continuous discounts etc.

Payments and Delivery

We are working hand in hand with “DirectPay” in order to ensure secure and easy payment for our customers. Furthermore, Fardar Express Domestic (PVT) LTD well-known domestic courier services are partnered with us in order to deliver the goods safely to the Customers. In addition, the Company is in the process of developing a “Mobile app” for both the Aneroid users as well as iOS users.

 Executive Summary

Mr. Chandika Gamage, the Managing Director of the Company, has been a leader in E-commerce and Software Development industry for over 12 years and the Chief Executive Officer of the Ideal Soft Global (Private) Limited. He is dedicated to improving the customer experience and furthering the mission statement of the Company.

Mrs. Mallika Buddhadasa, the Director of finance and administration, exercise administrative control over many aspects of the financial operation of the business, including budgeting, payroll/human resources, and business planning. She ensures that records across financial departments are accurate.
